on myway home tonight, I had to stop and let 5 men in shackles and hand cuffs walk pass me on the sidewalk from the police van into what looked like a police garage. anyone know if there is some sort of government detention center around hudson and clarkson streets. i dont know why but the image of those 5 men tied together really disturbed me
