    • My kids loved the jarred pureed bananas long after they had started eating "people" food.

        • Sure. She's in daycare so meals vary but in general she gets a bottle of whole milk around 6:30. At around 8:30 she gets plain yogurt with stage 3 fruit jar mixed into it along with whatever is on the menu so she may get waffles or pancakes and will also get fruit that's been sut up. She'll also get some milk in a bottle. Lunch is the meat jar + whatever is on the menu - so that might include pizza, pasta, beans, veggies. She'll get a sippy cup of juice as well. Snack is around 2:30 and she'll get cheese, crackers, cheerios + sippy cup of water. She gets a bottle of milk at 4:30. Dinner is usually some combo of steamed veggies and something else like veggies, tofu, pasta, avocado, bread with cheese melted on it, pizza or egg (yolks only). She'll get her final bottle of milk at dinner as well. For her dinners, I'm slowly starting to introduce her to what my husband and I eat. I know she's supposed to be off the bottle but it took us FOREVER to get her onto milk from formula so now that we've won that battles, I'll focus on weaning off the bottle. Hope that helps!
