I have a 10 week old and I am exclusively breastfeeding. Within the last week my supply has really plummeted, and yesterday I got my period. I'm wondering if this is the reason for my low supply. Also, is there anything I can do to increase it? It has been pretty sudden. A week ago I had way more than enough milk for db. TIA!!!
