Place to go for non-cheesy dress up things for a four year old girl. Online/Union Square/UES all work. Mom said she likes "Fancy" like Fancy Nancy things - but not Disney cheesy princess things. I was maybe going to get a gift certificate to Let's Dress Up on the UES but they don't live nearby...
