  • How can I get my 11 mo to sleep past 5:15? He goes down between 6:30-7:30, sleeps through the night. TIA.

    • I did this too with #2, with #1 I got up and fed, and 5 years later, he's STILL an early riser where #2 will sleep late.

    • i had to put mine down later, people will tell you it doesn't work but it does, they only need so much sleep at night, i got mine to finally sleep until 6am, that is the latest he will ever sleep though, some are just early early risers. the latest mine can stay up is 8pm or he gets too exhausted

    • had to push bed time back. mine used to wake up at 4am until i realized he does not sleep more than 10hrs at night. so i adjusted bedtime accordingly. now 8pm-6am.
