I've done a couple of 5Ks and loved it. I may try to go for the 1/2. I've always wanted to do a full one, but I'm 45 and scared! ;-)
[ Reply | Options ]I run 3-4 miles 3x a week. I'm 36 and feel like if I did more than 4 miles I wouldn't do any.
[ Reply | Options ]that's about what I run although lately I have been going about 5 times a week. I'm in one o fthose times when it just feels really good. Feeling addicted. I hope that keeps up but it's going to be close to 90 degrees here today (Atlanta) so it's getting to the top of my comfort zone!
