I recently lost some weight and I'm pretty thin (for me) but I have been eating dinners out a lot lately (a very social few weeks) and I really feel the difference. Even if I eat 'healthy' foods at the restaurants, I feel like a whale.

There is no such thing as a low cal meal at a restaurant, even if it is a vegetable plate. I am a pro dieter and if I really want to have a low cal meal out I order a salad with dressing on the side and a glass of wine and that is it.
[ Reply | Options ]I think if have to be able to incorporate restaurant meals into your lifestyle if you want to maintain your weight. I don't believe in dieting. I think dieting is why our country is obese. Eat normally. Exercise daily. Enjoy life.
