I use retin-a so my skin is a bit flakey/fragile. I also breakout from time-to-time. What's a good foundation/tinted mositurizer to even out my skin tone and make my skin look a bit more luminous? Bare Minerals seems to emphasize the flakiness. Also, I'm very fair so most drugstore foundations are too dark.
