so if i'm pretty heavy right now but i start watching what i eat and doing moderate exercise, how much weight is reasonable to expect to lose?

[ Reply | Options ]not to push anything, but if you have a good deal to lose there are prescription meds that take so much of the pressure off. they practically eliminate hunger and for me make me feel like what I always thought normal people must feel - without constant thoughts of food all the time

20 lbs a month???? You are SO WRONG. Maybe 5-7 lbs a month. Don't listen to this person, OP.

Definitely calories - use them wisely. Drink water rather than calories. Carbs early in the day to burn them off. Allow yourself a small snack mid afternoon so you're not ravenous at dinner.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
