  • i just applied for a mortgage, what is the process? an appraisal? how long does it usually take for it to be approved? tia

    • the preapproval process is very quick, one day and you can do it over the phone. to get your actual letter that says you have a mortgage takes usually 10-14 days. we just rushed it and did it in 7 days but our mortgage broker busted her ass
