gave db american cheese cause all my friends with kids same age do (she is 8.5mo) and someone told me i wasn't supposed to give dairy until after 1. Why do some doctors say to do this and some don't??? Should I stop?

- no dr says not to give dairy until after 1yo, the only thing you can't give is milk. Cheese and yogurt are fine.

    - the process of culturing cheese, butter, yogurt, etc. breaks the protiens down so that they are easier to digest than raw milk protiens.

no dr says not to give dairy until after 1yo, the only thing you can't give is milk. Cheese and yogurt are fine.
