  • anyone vacation in Naraganset RI? we are close to booking a house for a week in aug.

    • yes, at the time my DCs were 9mo and just over 2yrs old. it was ok,nice beach, but not much to do. We could walk to beach and little guy took 2 naps/day at that point so it was ok. Now go to the Cape, which I prefer.

      • we are going with another couple and between us have 4 kids (5 through 2). we live in nyc and just want someplace quiet where we can stretch out from our tiny apts - cook outside, swim.

        • np: if you get a place in Bonnet Shores you can take a minischool bus (dare I say a little yellow bus) to the private/community beach. It is a really nice option.
