  • does anyone use the Medela sterilizing bags that you put in the microwave?

    • No, I returned my sterilizer. unless you have an immune compromised preemie you only need to sterlize once and a pot of water on the stove is good for that.

    • I used the bags. They were easier for me than pulling out a pot and bringing it to a boil, but I am just that lazy.

    • yes - left the pump in the office and that's how i sterilized the equipment there. they work really well - at home I would have just put the stuff in the dish washer but couldn't do that at work
