  • potty thread..ANY btdt advice? DD is 3.3 y.o. and refuses to poop in the potty. Successful with peeing though. What to do?

    • do you have a trip or outing coming up? tell dd that she can go along only if she poops on the potty b/c they don't allow diapers there. (i assume she poops in her diaper)

    • My oldest dd was the same way. They feel weird about it. I put a diaper in the little plastic potty and told her to poopy into the diaper. She did that and we gradually worked toward taking the diaper out of the toddler toilet and she would go in there without the diaper. It really worked well for us.
