  • Posted about schedule for 10 wk db... did you put your db down for bed at a set time? Lately we have been putting her down for the night when we go to bed but she sleeps a lot still so she'll be sleeping in her swing or on us up until then.

    • we did a consistent "bedtime" from the beginning, but moved it earlier and earlier as ds was able to sleep longer at night. In retrospect, I would have tried to get ds used to sleeping in the crib more because it was hard to break him of the habit of napping on a person, even though he did great in crib at night

    • I think right around 4mo we started putting her to bed at 7pm; before that is was around 11ish b/c that was her last feeding for the night.
