  • 2.5 yo is in potty training and he has had no accident for last week during daytime. now what do we do if we take him out for a daytrip? what if he needs to pee but we cannot find a restaurant nearby? it seems db cannot really control the urge yet.

    • We got a potette - little portable potty with plastic bags. Haven't had to use it yet, but it's good for peace of mind. Also always bring a change of clothes.

    • I had the same problem. I just put a diaper on dd and told her to go in the diaper, then immediately through it away. She was old enough to understand it was just a temporary solution.
