  • My neighbors apt smells like a rat's nest. It's stinking up the entire entry way and hallway to our apt. So gross.

          • No, it's def not plumbing. They are just a dirty pack rat family. You can see it all over the apt. Would I still be able to talk to someone about it or do I just have to live with it?
