  • YBMom seems to me to be a perfect metaphor for what holds women back. UB is a forum in which women are allowed to tear each other apart and judge with impunity. instead of seeing that that sort of interaction is pointless, and perhaps insist that people have profiles and have to take responsibility for what they say, we start ANOTHER pointless, time such of a website?

      • i just came for a short break. btw, is it a catty teardown of womenkind or is it an observation of something I see many women doing all the time and a call to stop it? It's your choice to read the negativity into it.

      • i generally do go to other sites. this is my brain stop site to visit. that and overheardinny. if you disagree, would you like to be more specific? i think women are encouranged to focus on things that are pointless, worry about things that don't mean that much in the big picture and therefore don't have as much brain energy to focus on what really matters to them as a group or as individuals.

        • lol... i haven't signed up for it. my plan is more to move away from UB. i work online. i'm shifting bt sites all day long. and when I'm uploading graphics or waiting for something to load, i come here. it's prob better I find something else to do with this down time.
