      • ww mom, i ma on day 3 but very sceptical. how can you lose if they let you choose what to eat ?. And thebonus points i find will be cheating. I only say this because i haven't felt hungry yet

        • I don't use the bonus points during the week...only weekends. Once you totally embrace ww...I have realized it's really a normal way to eat for life..not just to lose weight. that's the difference

          • np: ita -- it's how you learn that you don't get a cookie with every meal, but you do get to have them occasionally, you just have to have a salad for dinner that day, etc...

      • its approx $!00 a week for food. all meals, plus snacks. the food is fine, good even. but i'm not a super picky eater. i just found ww overwhelming. the planning meals, researching recipes, measuring every morsel - it filled me with anxiety. that made me want to eat. now, i open a box - pop it in the microwave - and micro some veggies. have loads to lose.

      • np: i'm down 10 lbs in 6 weeks, i definitely do better when i eat the weekend points all in one or two days rather than over the week evenly, it really works!

    • i've been on it since november and i've lost 15 pounds. my weight loss has been so slow because i cheat every weekend (wine, fattening foods!). i'm about 10 pounds from goal. just stay away from most of the shelf stable stuff and get the frozen stuff. GL

    • I'm on JC now. First week, I gained 1 lb. Second week, I modified it a little and lost 2 lbs. Now I'm on my 3rd week and losing more. But I am not eating all the food.
