  • Ok...multi dimensional post here. My 63 year old morbidly obese (like seriously, 200lbs overweight) needs to get double hip replacements. This is good because he will have to lose like 100lbs at LEAST before they'll do the surgery, also, I'm hoping it will improve his life. But he's on blood thinners, and he'll have to go off of them before the surgery...that's a little scary. AND he wan't my 37 yo single brother to move into his house (my parents) after the surgery. I think that's bad for all involved.
