  • Wish me luck. Letting nanny go tomorrow and giving her 2 weeks notice. I WAH, so will be awkward seeing her, but just can't get myself to let her go on the last day with just some extra money and a "see ya."

    • would be better to just give the two weeks pay and let her go (or at least give her the option). this way she can look for another job.

      • OP, was planning on giving some severance as well. Okay, so I guess I'll just wait until the end of the month and do it then -- clean break. I have such anxiety over this.
