        • garden apt, with gardens in front and back. Its a 165 year old house with an amazing renovation, in great shape. We're in carroll gardens, tree lined streets, great shopping/restaurants, quiet, friendly, neighborly, car in front of my house, decent schools, 4 stops from manhattan on the train. best of all worlds for us. I work p/t, and hardly feel like I leave bc its so easy to get here and there.

    • I have no idea what you mean by the "brownstone life" is, but I live in Park Slope and love it. It has a great neighborhoody vibe, and I can go to the bakery, greengrocer, fish place, all shoppin etc on foot, we take DB to cafes and pubs with us...it's great
