  • Any recurrent miscarriage moms on? I've had two in a row now...does anybody know when drs usually do a workup to try to determine the cause? after 2 in a row? after 3? I'm at cornell CRMI but don't know if they'll want to check everything out now or wait until this happens again...I really don't want to go through this again!!!!

    • I had work up done after 2 because I was not going to wait for another. I found out I have a blood clotting disorder. I started the meds and now, I have 2 dds.

    • I had 2 trisomies in a row, had genetic testing on me and dh, everything was normal, third time worked and she just went down for a nap!

    • the dx of RM isnt given until 3. I have had 3, a totally negative work up and now almost 20 wks pg... GL to you.

    • I'm so sorry. I had 2 in row, then OB recommended a specialist for me where they did every test imagineable. Turns out I have form of thrombophilia. Am pg again, but only 6 weeks, so keeping our fingers crossed that this is the one. Ask your dr. to do the workup now!
