do you think it's a tad much when young families have these huge houses? like one dc and 4K sq ft?

totally unnecessary, and why would you be paying more mortgage than need be? i don't get it
[ Reply | Options ]np - 1) not strange for people who are not in NYC and are used to large spaces 2) you don't know anything about people's lives and if they need it or not. I can give you LOTS of examples of young couples with 1 dc that have big houses and have just tons of family coming over from out of the state/country and staying with them for long periods of time.

and you can have more dcs in a smaller home, too. 6BRs? seem so much, to many anyway

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
