going to see my 94 yo grandmother yoday and she's 45 mins away (longer if db needs to nap and i drive super slow!) he naps at 8:30 and 1-ish. he starts getting crabby around 12 so how should i plan this so she has the most time with him..not crabby? she seems to get upset when i say he has to nap!

  - oh he can but i'd have to get there SO early (i left this part out) and she wants lunch and everything. think i should just go early and tell her it HAS to be an early lunch? I think she has forgotten about babies and naps etc!

    - Just say he naps in the a.m. and 1 p.m., so you can come for the morning and an early lunch.
