  • Every year I make a cake for both dc's birthday parties. Each year it gets fancier. I enjoy doing it and figure it out. Thinking I would like to do a cake decorating class. How long do you think a basic class takes?

    • look at a community college near you. They usually have cont.ed (noncredit) classes such as this. I don't think it would be more than 4 classes.

        • I have gone to youtube for a lot of the stuff. A great resource. I think it would be fun to do something more hands on though.

    • if you life in nyc, there's a culinary school on/around w23rd that has a class like that- few weeks long? sorry i can't remember name.
