Newly pg w number 2, dusting off my copy of What to Expect. The pregnancy diet recommends 6-11 servings of whole grains and legumes per day. Thoughts on that? Seems excessive.

OP: Eh. I need guidelines. If I were to eat what I want, it would be Golden Grahams for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch, and pizza for dinner. Guidelines help me. FWIW, just found the mypyramid.gov website that allows you to enter your info & will give you a customized guide (pg or not).
