  • did you wear the hospital gowns for your stay or did you bring clothes for each day? if so, would you recommend nightgowns or cami/pants set?

    • I wore the hospital's stuff - I didn't want to bleed on my own clothes.

    • i wore hospital gown the first time around b/c i expected no visitors. got a nursing nighty the second time and a pair of pjs w/ button down front for 3rd time. i was happiest with the button down top for nursing.

    • wore hospital stuff since i was a bleeding machine. i would also have happily worn an oversize tshirt when alone in room, much more comfie.

    • get a gown and a robe if you think you'll have visitors or just a robe you can put over the hospital gown. I though my own pillow was an absolute must.

    • the hospital gowns are the best for nursing. when you're learning how to do it and your boobs are huge it's easiest to just unsnap the top of the gown.

    • comfortable jammies you can nurse it; you'll want to feel human but don't make them too nice (you'll bleed through them)

    • I stuck with the hospital gowns, just bring a robe if you want to look nicer for visitors. But definitely bring your own pillow. I did the third time and it made all the difference.
