  • 9 month old not interested in finger foods, or any foods other than purees. Any suggestions and how to help her along?

    • mine's the same. eating in front of her, offering things lots, and not worrying about it has helped some. She's 10 mos now and starting to put cheerios in her mouth (then spit them out, but still, it's progress).

    • don't feed her the purees, you bet she'll eat the finger foods when she gets hungry enough.

      • That is absurd. She is 9 months old. Maybe this way, she won't eat and will keep mom and Dad up all night looking for food. Great idea.
