  • Trying to regain my prepg weight. I'm 2 wks pp, gained 44 during pg, although excercised every day throughout the whole 9 mths. Eating 2000 cal a day, bfing and going to the gym everyday as well. Will I be able to do it by week 12 pp? I'm 5'8"

        • honey, I say this with love and compassion. stop looking at your 2 week post partum body in the mirror. just stop. focus on your new child, your healing body and all the new things this world has given you. rest, relax. and in a few weeks (at least 4) hit the gym. for now. go for a walk, enjoy the spring.
