    • stop eating pizza. it is the only thing i binge on and i do it maybe twice a week. i'd lose 10 pounds, easy, if I stopped

    • cut out one thing at a time. i started with cheese. then that becomes a healthly habit. then add another like no ice cream, etc

    • go to sparkpeople.com...it's a free website that you can plug in your stats and what you want to lose and it will calculate everything for you..meals..exercise..everything. It is unbelievable

      • diets don't seem to work w/me. I rebel if I go on one. I've stopped eating late night and I've lost weight and I'm proud of myself (I had a real problem). since a small change seemed to work and I feel good about myself I thought I'd try another s change.
