MD/RN moms: (TMI, sorry) I have a painful spot on my labia, near the crease where my thigh meets my vagina, for the past couple of days. It feels like a cyst or pimple under the skin -- is it possible to get a pimple that's painful here? can i wait a couple of weeks and see if it goes away before running to gyn or is this something potentially serious?
