anyone have cookbook recommendations for a picky 3yo? I need some recipes to help introduce new foods. I'm out of ideas.

        I don't hate the seinfelds. I don't know them. I don't agree with the concept and the recipes look gross.

        I agree with you. I could care less about the Seinfelds either way, but I think it is healthier for children to eat veggies and know they are eating veggies.

        not to mention that thsoe recipes offer such a tiny amoutn fo veg per serving. its not maken much diffrence nutritionwise

    - I don't think that is bad at all! Williams Sonoma has really good kids' cookbooks--3 is not too young to start in the kitchen. You can get the books, let dc choose a recipe, and start making stuff. I find that when they are involved in the process, t they get excited about what they eat.

- have you tried just roasting a big tray of root veggies? My kids will always eat these and it is easy/versatile
