How the F*CK do you explain 22,000 people dead because of a storm that gave you at LEAST 24 hours warning?????

- easy. Think about the disaster that was Katrina in this country. Then consider a country with a more corrupt gov't, fewer resources, many more desperately poor people w/out access to transport or communication, and huge geographical hurdles.
