Hating myself right now for my total lack of self-discipline. In every area of my life as long as I can remember, therapy for years hasn't helped me overcome patterns. Just today, paid sitter for 4 hours for me to work during day (P/T WAHM) and did nothing but surf web news. I'm such a loser and hating myself, but I know that's not productive. Anyone BTDT and overcome this?
