I have a small lump a little bigger than the size of a pea on the size of my neck. what could this be?!?!

- If it's under your ear along the base of your head, it's a lymph node

  - it's in not by my ear, it's maybe 3 or 4 inches down my neck on the side, further back than the ear

- I saw a Discovery show on weird parasites that burrow under your skin and eventually, lay eggs that get up close to the surface. They hatch, and little bug pour out of you. Maybe it's that.

  - that happened to a family friend who had been to belize and then went to see my sister. it burst open in a restaurant and there was a huge worm in her head (saw photos from ER)

    - same thing happened to a friend of mine, except it was honduras, and it burst when she was hanging out with her new bf's family at Thanksgiving. They never found the bugs and then one of bf's relatives got them.
