For moms w/1 dc in ongoing and 1 in preschool in nyc-can I get by without a nanny and stay sane. Lve our nanny but she is so expensive and I feel tempted to give her up b/5yo will be in school until 3 in the fall and 3 yo in school until 12. I do everyt hing with them anyway, but worried that there may be activities/events for the 5 yo in ongoing that I won't be able to take 3 yo aong and will end up really in na bind. anyone btdt?

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
