  • How's Quebec? What is there to do and how long is the flight from NYC? Considering it for a long weekend anniversary trip.

    • Quebec City is the perfect place for a 4-day weekend. Any more than that is too much. It's charming, but VERY few people speak English. I had to use my French the whole time (and it was often useless bc it's so different from Canadian French). But highl recommend it.

    • LOVE Quebec! Very historic. Beautiful park (and a battleground, overlooking the river!). Lots of art galleries, great eating... perfect for a weekend.

    • Went to Montreal a couple years ago and it was just okay. very anglophone, didn't feel all that different from the U.S. Some good restaurants though

    • I loved Quebec City but I drove there years ago. I heard the rooms in the Cheateau Frontenac are small. Loved the Planes of Abraham! and good food.
