  • If your DC score a 98 on the SB (maybe not a gifted score) but scored 99.8 on two sections, would you then consider them gifted?

    • 96+ is gifted. It's a technical term.

    • 98 is above gifted Hunter cut off and definitely gifted in those 99.8 areas.

    • my dc scored 98 on SB (and 98 on ERB) I think she's bright, but not sure i would call her gifted.

      • That's a technical term ,not what people usually imagine when they hear the word. It seems like people think gifted means prodigies or geniuses.

        • np - I agree. It's kind of strange that people don't know that "gifted" is just a term used to describe people of specific IQs
