Nanny question: Would you hire a nanny who is 22, has a 1 y.o. dc even though the grandma watches the child?

eh... would prefer someone more experienced. how long has she been a nanny. speaking of, we have to let our nanny go who is great (my mil will move here to watch dc).

Nope, my nanny is the same age so that would not bother me at all but the small child would.

my nanny has no kids which is nice because she is really flexible with her schedule and she doesn't call in sickb ecause of kids etc.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
