How would you refer to a co-worker who is unprofessional and difficult to work with?

Do you ever wonder how people like this climb the ladder? I would never promote an a-hole if I were a manager.

She's not an @hol, she's disorganized, scattered, and defensive....puts the onus on underlings. I know exactly how she got promoted and how she maintains her job....has to do with her appearance. Not kidding.

That's it. Tall, blonde. Huge boobs (implants) Wears uber tight outfits to company meetings and usually says nothing. Not that she's horrible, but there are just so many other qualified people.
[ Reply | Options ]I hear you, it's too bad. But at the same time I wonder if these people feel constantly insecure about their performance ya know? I mean at some point if it has already, it becomes obvious to others that they don't know what they're doing and the highe up the ladder you are, the worse. I would not want to be in that position.
