      • Nah. You don't want to make your issue your kids' issues. Just focus on eating well. Your kids will notice what you're doing. Just say you want to feel healthier and you're cutting out refined sugar, etc.

    • try to stay out of the house, when you're in the house try to distract yourself, don't BUY a lot of junk (if it's not there, you won't eat it), and drink green tea when you're hungry.... btdt.

    • Hey you are me! A few weeks ago I stopped eating my kids leftovers, cut out refined sugar, white bread, etc. Still no time for exercise, but feel so much better and have dropped about 5 lbs. 15-20 more to go, but it's a start. GL!

    • Do you have that much time to think about food? I'm a SAHM and my problem is that we're always on the go so I don't always have healthy options on hand.

    • you're probably hungry. Seriously, if you don't feed your body what it needs, it will tell you it's hungry. Stop eating junk and processed food and you'll lose some.

    • I was in the exact same situation. I started working out with a trainer and running. Have lost 15 lbs so far and am now fixated on when I will get to work out as opposed to what I will eat next. Just start excersizing .
