i need to lose 15lbs but my problem is being a sahm who overeats. anyone with a successful weight loss story. My problem is i always think of food

Put fat pictures of yourself all over the house, in front of the fridge, the cupboard, etc.
[ Reply | Options ]try to stay out of the house, when you're in the house try to distract yourself, don't BUY a lot of junk (if it's not there, you won't eat it), and drink green tea when you're hungry.... btdt.

Same boat..sahm..15lbs...started Couch to 5k program. go to coolrunnings.com..it spell it out. I couldn't find any other time so I get up at 5:30 and run before dc or dh are up.

you're probably hungry. Seriously, if you don't feed your body what it needs, it will tell you it's hungry. Stop eating junk and processed food and you'll lose some.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
