NYC Neighborhoods - Just moved back and due August 18th with first. Any advice on how to find a family-friendly neighborhood that is diverse, have more than one subway line where I can find some organic produce? We are staying in Ditmas Park and it's pretty cool, too tired to walk all day to scope new places out.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
