We rent two upstairs apartments. Every single month, this tenant puts $1800 in CASH in an envelope and tapes in to our door w/ "rent" written on the envelope. This is an EXTERIOR door. I've sent him a notarized letter telling him that I am not responsi for this rent until it is received in my hands and that his current practice runs him the risk of losing his rent. What a nut. He's fine and normal in every other respect.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
