  • I need a recommendation for a therapist. UWS, takes insurance. Is smart and no nonsense who can work with someone who can easily analyze myself and knows pretty well whaty my issues are, but need help figuring out how to change. Someone who treats me as a equal. Anyone?

      • fair enough - i guess i mean more that I have specific things I know I need to and want to work on and I am less interested in retelling the story of my life, and more interested in changing my behaviors here and now. I have had some patronizing therapy experiences in the past and don't want to repeat them.
