  • ANyone else w/Verizon? Ever since they changed their bills (& no longer itemize the calls) I've been going over on my minutes. Never did, before. Kept track the last 2 mos, I think they're doing something fishy. Anyone else?

    • cell phone? every couple of weeks I dial #MIN to get my minutes balance so I have an idea where I stand

      • Yup - that's exactly what I've been doing. This month, they say I'm over by 23 minutes & I KNOW i was under by 30, according to my check.

        • or: call them and have them give you a breakdown. I would. I went over by 400 mins in December and learned a hard lesson.
