Q: I will tell my nanny today that her employment will end 8 weeks from now. I know that she will not be happy about this, do I let her work for another 8 weeks or let her go immediately? She seems like a decent person, but what would you do? Btw, my dc -

- i would not give her as much notice. i would not want a disgruntled employee caring for my kids. give her notice, but be ready to let her leave that day and with severance.
