    • ask him -- you never know. My landlord sold his/our house out of the blue -- yours could be planning to do so too, or might let you make an offer if he decides to sell next year or something

      • your're right....I moved here 2 years ago from My house in NY that I said I would NEVER sell(Irent it out currently) suddenly I like my new city/town and am willing to let go of my dream house in NY...you never know...
