  • so upset have lost only 7lbs in 5 weeks. feel so discouraged all i want to do is eat a burger

    • that's a great weight loss, I need to lose 15lbs and it is sort of my pace as well, i eat chocolate

    • that's great and the slower you lose the better chance tyou have of keeping it off. have your burger and then start again.

    • What's wrong w/ eating a burger? It's not mandatory to eat fries w/ it - have a burger and a salad.

    • that is actually a healthy achievment. 1-2 pounds a week will ensure that you are actually losing weight for good and not going to put it back on. Keep at it. Another 5 weeks are going to go by regardless, and you can either lose another 7 or not...be str ong! And you know what? A burger every now and then is not that bad. Well, maybe just have half.
