    • are you in apt bldg? have you asked them to tone it down? there have been recent legal cases where heavy smokers have to quit or tone it down, even in their own home

      • i'm in a ranch style house, apt in basemnet below us. we have half the top and landlord of basement people is in other half. our landlords live off property.
